well, today completes 4 weeks of the challenge. ( i think)

technically by day isn't over yet.. so i guess its not complete yet.

enjoyed going out to dinner tonight. went to texas roadhouse. i had a very yummy sirloin w/ a house salad & a sweet potato. it was so good!!!

tomorrow is free day & my goal (even tho i don't need one) is to stay low on the GARBAGE!
